Starting in March 2023, Ivan joined MTRI team as a church planting partner. Over the next year, he will work to build a church planting team and together they will fine-tune their strategy to launch a church plant in Nesvizh. Nesvizh is a small town of about 11,000 people, but it is popular for tourism, as it has a 16th century castle, making it one of the oldest and best kept castles in the country of Belarus. There are also several other castles in the area that people come to visit from all over the world.
